Winter illnesses. sick kids and other obligations have hampered our rehearsal attendance these past few weeks but we're looking forward to the return to rehearsal of everyone in March and beyond.  We're polishing our repertoire and learning new songs and best of all, having fun doing it!  There is always room for more singers to become friends so let your singing lady friends and neighbors know we're here!

At rehearsal on March 4th we had a preview of a brand new quartet getting started from our chorus!  "Going Rogue" consists of Melody (tenor), Kim (bass), Kathy (lead) and Chere (bari).  They sang the national anthem for us at rehearsal but are working on some other songs that I hope we'll hear in future rehearsals.   They entertained some of us us with another song at a karaoke party at the home of another one of our baritones, Connie and her significant other Jerry.  We had a blast and look forward to more karaoke parties in the future.

We also celebrated the news of our baritone, Chere, who just got engaged!  We all wish Chere and Tony much hapiness in their continuing journey together.
