We welcomed another visitor at last night's rehearsal that we hope will decide to join us!  CJ Fuller  has been singing since age 10 in choirs and plays in school and in church, even singing in a Live Christmas Tree in Seattle!  She is trying out singing Lead for now.  Gail led us in some physical warm-ups including doing the 'Hokey Pokey" which got the fun started.  Bill worked with us on fine tuning parts of our current songs and there were lots of laughs as he had us all be 'directors' to clean up some tempo issues on one song.  We looked like silly rabbits with floppy hands held in front of us but finally worked out the kinks.  It may be August, but we started working on a challenging and fun holiday song.  We are planning a show for early November which will also include holiday music to kick off the season.  Some of the guys from Rogue Voices will be joining us for some SATB songs as well so SOS has lots of music to learn between now and then.  It's so gratifying to hear how well our voices blend together and how quickly we're learning our music now.  We can't wait to be able to showcase our talents at the show!

There's always room for more singers and it's never too late to come visit a rehearsal any Tuesday night at 6 pm!
